Delete your account

In the app

Open Perch, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This screen is coming in an update. Until it is there, use the email below.

Without the app

Email support@perchpos.com from the email address you signed up with. Put "Delete my Perch account" in the subject and tell us your business name. We may reply to check it is really you.

What gets deleted

Your account, business, products, stock, sales, receipts and receipt links.
Your staff, customers, rooms, bookings and guests.

When

We confirm by email and delete everything within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 14 days after that. A deleted account cannot be brought back.
