These are short terms for the test period of Perch.

The test period

Perch is in testing. It may change, have bugs, or be offline sometimes. It is free to use while we test. If we start charging, we will tell you first.

Your records

Your data is yours. You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your own copy of anything important, such as sales totals and stock counts. Do not use Perch as your only record while it is in testing.

Your account

Keep your password and staff PINs private. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Use Perch only for lawful business.

Our side

We will do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided as is, with no promise that it will always work. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from downtime or errors.

Ending

You can stop any time and delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms others.
